Until a few years ago, ArcherPoint was utilizing shared spreadsheets and documents to track their business registrations, tax registrations, and licenses. In addition, the pricing was very competitive–in fact slightly less than the previous provider.

Elly immediately started saving valuable time and effort, as she was no longer juggling spreadsheets or double-checking all the work. By simply logging into the web-based client portal, Elly can now see a consolidated view of business registrations, licensing status, and renewal requirements displayed clearly on a US map. The portal provides state-specific information, and the managed services team is available to answer questions as they arise. Also, updates on filing or renewal applications are sent via email, making it easy to stay on top of state requirements.
