Founded in 2002, ArcherPoint, Inc. is a leading Microsoft Dynamics Gold Certified partner, CSP, and LS Retail partner, providing business solutions based on proven Microsoft applications and tools to companies throughout North America. ArcherPoint’s certified, experienced professionals collaborate with clients to design, implement, and support solutions tailored to their unique requirements—from back-office accounting to industries focused on manufacturing, distribution, retail, and equipment rental.

Until a few years ago, ArcherPoint was utilizing shared spreadsheets and documents to track their business registrations, tax registrations, and licenses. They ran into some difficulty keeping them up to date across the organization. To solve their problems, they first tried working with a well-known compliance software firm. Unfortunately, they found deadlines continued to be missed, registered agent services weren’t set up in new states as requested, and the vendor was unresponsive in solving the issues. Solution:

She found the Entity Manager and License Manager very intuitive and easy to use and was impressed with the capabilities of the dedicated account services team. In addition, the pricing was very competitive–in fact slightly less than the previous provider. 

After selecting a package of software, managed services, and nationwide Registered Agent service, ArcherPoint’s compliance management became much easier.

Elly immediately started saving valuable time and effort, as she was no longer juggling spreadsheets or double-checking all the work. By simply logging into the web-based client portal, Elly can now see a consolidated view of business registrations, licensing status, and renewal requirements displayed clearly on a US map. The portal provides state-specific information, and the managed services team is available to answer questions as they arise. Also, updates on filing or renewal applications are sent via email, making it easy to stay on top of state requirements.
